With a minimum size of 144 square metres, all Overwater Villas are air-conditioned, including separate bedrooms and living rooms, with large glass panels on the floor to reveal the translucent lagoon below, as well as a large open air living area. Starting at 168 square metres, all Land Villas are air-conditioned, also include separate bedrooms and living rooms, and a large open air living area enhanced by private pools. Featuring both sunken bathtubs and refreshing rain showers, generous Italian marble bathrooms open into enclosed gardens with outdoor showers.
