Colonial Paradise, Bahamas

Colonial Paradise is a private island close to downtown Nassau, great for playing golf and shopping at Colonial Paradise. Set on a beautiful white-sand beach in an exclusive development with stunning water views, the chic contemporary villa truly lives up to its name.

Colonial Paradise is an open-plan layout and neutral-toned furnishings give the villa’s interiors a beachy yet sophisticated vibe. In the living room and media room, clean-lined cream sofas and tables are sleek and modern, while subtle coral-print pillows and driftwood-hued wood paneling are nods to the seaside setting. There’s a formal dining area with wicker seating, a whimsical chandelier and ocean views, as well as a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
